Vacancy – Part Time Office Administrator (Permanent)

We currently have a vacancy for a part-time office administrator to join our long-standing team based at our Ashton-under-Lyne office. This is a general administrator role on a part-time basis.

Day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Filing printed paperwork such as invoices & warehouse pick notes.
  • Scanning & uploading test certification into our ERP system.
  • Purchase ledger invoice entry.
  • Answering telephones to customers & suppliers.
  • Providing cover to our bookkeeper during annual leave.

Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial but not a strict requirement as training will be provided on our systems and processes.

Regular Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday (09:30am – 13:30pm) excl. Bank holidays. A degree of flexibility is available for the right candidate.

Salary: Negotiable (depends on experience)
